Actualidad, Novedades Institucionales
In 2019 we launched the Prevention Campaign "I opened the exit door", within the framework of the 16 days of activism proposed by the UN between 11/25, International Day for the Elimination of Gender Violence, and 12/10 , International Human Rights Day.
During this first stage, we offer a prevention talk every day in different community institutions, ending the activities with the placement of the self-adhesive pieces designed for the campaign on the doors of the women's bathrooms and on other visible doors.
The main objective is to encourage those women who are going through a situation of gender violence, to identify it and to take the first step towards exiting violence. In turn, we propose to call on the institutions to accompany us in this task, and to also be part of the solution by implementing the campaign together with their work teams and communities. Through a talk, a film debate, a workshop or other activity deemed appropriate, each institution has the opportunity to get closer to its community, providing a clear message about the possibility of sharing experiences and asking for help and guidance in a situation. of violence.
This year we will resume the activities within the framework of March 8, International Working Women's Day, with an activity in the Justice of the Peace of Navarro, Province of Buenos Aires, and in Lamroth Hakol, where we will hold prevention talks and place the stickers of the campaign with the whole community. It is very important that all of society is involved in generating the transformation we need so that we can all live a life free of violence.
We are grateful to those institutions that accompanied us last year, with the hope that more and more of us commit ourselves to the fight against gender violence:
