Interdisciplinary teams take complaints and provide information and guidance. Works 24 hours a day, every day of the year.<\/p><p>The affected person is interviewed, and based on their story, a risk assessment report is prepared to which they and the family group are exposed. This report is submitted to one of the 24 family courts in CABA (assigned by draw) so that immediate action can be taken from there, establishing the necessary protection measures.<\/p><p>If you are in a situation of violence, it is important that you know the protection measures that you can request at the OVD. They are:<\/p><p>-In the case of living with the person who exercises violence, you can request exclusion from the home and your return to it together with your children, regardless of whether or not you are the owner of the home. This measure orders that those who use violence with police intervention be excluded from the home, agreeing on a day and time to do so.<\/p><p>-Approach restriction measures. If there are children in common, you can request that they be extended to them.<\/p><p>-Provisional alimony in the case of having children in common.<\/p><p>You are not alone.
