joins one of the 7 mutual aid groups that work in our institution. The groups are a space for meeting and sharing with other women in situations similar to theirs, which becomes a fundamental support network to get ahead.<\/p><p>These are some of the anonymous words and testimonials of women who trust in Shalom Bayit, but above all and essentially in themselves to change their lives.<\/p><p>\u201cI feel embraced every time I come, accompanied. That's why I come because it's good for me to come. It works for me. I achieved an important change in my decisions. Today I can say NO to what I don't want. And I try to raise my children in the way that I am fine and that my children enjoy a new mom, and we can live well.<\/p><p>\u201cI have made a very nice group of friends. That we not only form a group of friends but also that our daughters\/daughters get along very well with each other. We share many birthdays, those of our daughters, we call each other by phone when we know someone needs it. We feed each other.\\\"<\/p><p>\u201cIt is very enriching, healing, reassuring. It is a caress to the soul, it is like feeling that someone hugs you, you feel accompanied and understood. We all have our space to raise our concerns, sadness, difficulties\u201d.<\/p><p>\u201cIt helps me by bringing me peace of mind, guiding me and verifying that I am on the path to seeking good and happiness. It helps me get stronger. It helps me in the relationship with my children, it helps me contain them. It helps me as a person. It helps me understand that the situations experienced with my family are not normal and habitual. That violence is violence and that I am not the one who generates it, as my husband often made me believe, and that he held me responsible so many times \u201d.<\/p><p>\u201cAchievements: Oops, how difficult! One believes that she does not achieve great things but YES.
